Wednesday, October 31, 2007 Friendship is a valuable relationship that usually lasts your entire life. Unlike family members, you get to choose your friend and invite them into your lives. Friendship however, is a privilege you should treasure, because although you have many acquaintances in life, few true friends come by. These are the ones who stick by us, who guides us through rough times, who inspires us with kindness and true friendship. A good friend can mean different things to different people. In school, it could mean no backstabbing, no lying, being loyal and reliable and helping you out when you are sutck with impossibly difficult homework. But genereally, bring a good friend means being loyal to those you treasure very much around you, being reliable, sensitive to your chums' needs, honest to a fault, and being a fun person to be with. The real success of a good friendship depends on lots of give and take, and lots of understanding one another's character, personalities, need and wants. if you are now suffering from mixed feelings, do give a serious consideration about it. do you really understand him/her? do you really know what he/she likes? how much do you know him/her? if you cant answer these few simple questions, well, i think you should consider of changing your attention to another person. this person will be caring. no matter what small little action you do, he/she will just care for you. when you're down, he/she will always be there for you. give a serious thought to this ((= |
