went for training in the morning.
did warm-up then start our practice.
went for 6 -7 rounds for me & ratna.
cause we helped the guys.
do girls de liao. then guy de.
once you sweat everything out is damn shiok.
well guys timing broke record. 08 minutes 44 secs.
girls broke too. 08minutes 40 secs.
haha. without the time of cutting twine.
not too bad.
at least we broke our own record.
good timing led us to 1/2 break.
super shiok.
then one last round. go makan!
wooh. early dismissal. 1230 i think.
well. went makan at teh tarik.
then went home napped.
then went out for dinner with family.
DAD'S BACK.
for a week nia.
i am tired!!
