i woke up damn early today.
0840.
early to me lah.
went to have breakfast with mum and ahma.
ahma's sick. take care ahma.
ard 11 plus.
cab-ed to JP.
met up with my two aunty plus some cousin.
went frontier.
then go sakae eat.
had a great meal.
went to JP. walk walk
until 4 plus.
took bus 30 to west coast.
it've been so long since i went for my taekwondo training.
yeah. today is physical training.
it's so great to sweat.
imagine running bare-footed until you got blisters.
ouch.

i am not feeling well.
melissa is sick.
sore throat and feverish.
miserable.
but who cares
