Lifesaver training was a BOMB man.

swimmed like 4 laps then it kind of started to rain.
went to the shelter then we started to do PT.
100 each (push ups, crutches & butterfly kick)
not so tough for me already.
then then then
we went jogging man!
bloody outside SP! i know it's over. Just let me rant. lol
but i got this sense of satisfaction (:
it's not over yet.
did 30 pull ups.
not over yet!
need to bathe ma right. LOL
SP shower is awesome man. shiok~
attending bf's graduation tomorrow.
