OH MY GOD! Today training is crazily crazy! Totally man. At the start of training, VP told you to swim first 10 laps under 10 minutes,subsequently, 20 laps under 19 minutes, 30 laps under 28 minutes. If you acceded the minutes, the rest who are done, will wait for you in push up position. How stressful is that, isn't it?! But after we finished the first 10, i feel like dying also. seriously man. After 10 laps, we did medley relay. then followed by another 10 laps! then 10 laps of underwater swim with fins and 10 laps of boardkicking. You cannot imagine how TIRED i am!

I still got 8am class leh! Totally feel like skipping to the max!
